These terms govern the use of the www.stachestudio.eu website. By browsing it, you accept them. They do not cover our design services: those are governed by the contract or proposal signed in each case, which prevails over this page in the event of a conflict.

//01 Who runs the site

//02 Permitted use

You may browse the site, read its contents, share its links and get in touch. We ask you not to:

• copy, reproduce or republish the contents beyond the right of quotation, without our written consent;
• harvest text, images or code in bulk, including by automated means, to build products or databases;
• attempt to reach non-public areas, circumvent security measures or deliberately overload the service;
• use the contact form for unsolicited advertising or unlawful content.

//03 Intellectual property

Text, images, video, illustrations, animations, layout, source code and the Stache Studio name and mark are protected by copyright and trade mark law. They remain the property of ourselves or of their respective owners.

The projects shown in the work section belong to the clients who commissioned them and are published for portfolio purposes, with their consent. Client trade marks mentioned belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this site grants you an implied licence to use any of it.

//04 What you send us

By sending a message through the contact form you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send us special category data (health, political opinions, religious beliefs) or confidential information belonging to third parties. How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

//05 Availability and content

We do our best to keep the site reachable and current, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation: maintenance, provider failures or events beyond our control may interrupt it. The content is informational and presentational; it is neither a contractual offer nor professional advice.

//06 Links to other sites

The site links to third-party platforms, for example the social profiles in the footer. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices or notices: once you open them, their rules apply.

//07 Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights granted to consumers.

We may update these terms to keep them aligned with the site or the law. The version in force is the one published here, with its last updated date. Last updated: 1 August 2026.

//09 Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. For disputes with parties not acting as consumers, the courts of Florence have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence or elected domicile remain competent, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code.
